Andre McDonnell
Founder
Andre was born in St. Michaels, Barbados and moved to Brooklyn, New York at the age of five. His mantra driving the organization is “It’s from the sole, sole of feet, to those in need.”
“For the first two and a half years I handled the collection, cleaning, and distribution alone and at my own expense. To aid in some of my efforts, I now recruit high school and college students, teaching them how to give back while performing community service for a cool organization.”
Whitney Fishman Zember

Whitney runs Innovation & Consumer Technology for a WPP international media & marketing company. She has been helping brands and businesses understand emerging media and communication trends, as well as technology-driven consumer-based insights, through the consumer lens for over thirteen years. Consulting for companies across a multitude of industries, including publishing, music, nonprofits, hospitality, and fashion, Whitney works with brands to help bring their ideas to life via proprietary solutions, tools and educational programs that move from education & inspiration to action.
Ron Zember
Board Member
Ron is a Finance Manager at Google, where he focuses on structuring deals with Google’s largest partners. Prior to Google, Ron spent the better part of a decade on Wall Street, as an Equity Research Analyst covering the Tech industry, during which time he also served on the Advisory Boards of startups InterWallet and Sensegon. Ron earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and his BS from Cornell University. In addition, Ron is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Rick Talmage
Board Member
Rick Talmage is Senior Retail Advisor at Incline Growth Equity Partners. He provides consulting services for emerging premium brands. Prior to this, he was Chief Operating Officer for Solstice Sunglasses and Vice President of Global Retail at Tumi. Rick earned his BA from California State University in Business Administration and Marketing.
